I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean with all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay very pleasant. The location was perfect for my needs, allowing me to rest peacefully and enjoy the surroundings.

The staff was still able to get us the second room and even arranged for it to be on the same floor. Special thanks to Steward, the Assistant General Manager, who was very friendly and accommodating. The service provided, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, and laundry, was excellent.

Despite some oversight like items being left in the coffee pot from prior guests, the location was perfect for my trip, allowing me quiet rest and easy access to the attractions.

While my first room was a bit of a disappointment due to A/C issues and a greasy shower, the staff quickly moved me to a much nicer room that was already cool and had a full kitchen and living space.
